Scrumptious creamy texture and flavour
Here’s what you’ll need:

4g MYCHA ORGANIC Genmaicha Powder, (one small heaped teaspoon)
200cc of Your favourite Milk – Soy, almond, coconut, dairy etc
20cc Hot water / 2 tablespoons, * slightly cooler than boiling water
Put the GENMAICHA powder in your favourite cup. (preheat cup)
Add in 2 tablespoons of hot water and sugar (optional).
Whisk the GENMAICHA vigorously until fully mixed ( no lumps) and nice’n frothy.
Heat the milk.
Add half of the milk and keep whisking the mixture.
Froth up the rest of the milk so that a foam forms on the top.
Pour the foamed milk into the GENMAICHA mixture until the rim of your cup is brimming with foam.

Experiment a little – GENMAICHA LATTE – Sooooo Yummy when you get the balance just how you like it!

Make sure to wash the whisk in hot water twice and dry it thoroughly.
