REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
We do take care to provide comprehensive, high-quality images to best represent the item for sale and to assist you in making an informed decision.
When reviewing pottery items please take time to study the high-resolution photos (and the closeup function when you roll your cursor over a pic)
before making your purchase.
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is broken
• is significantly different from the sample or description posted on our website
• doesn’t do what we said it would
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
Please keep your proof of purchase.
When emailing a request with regard to any of the above, please attach a full description of the issue/s
and attach photos that illustrate them.
Cost of postage, and/or any damage in return transit, is the responsibility of the person returning the item/s
